The Club will meet 5 Times this term and as usual it will start at 9:00 amand finish at 10:30 am.

* this means there is a clash with Football Club

We will run the following programme:

9:00-9:30am brief warm up and training

9:30-10:00am rugby drills and a skills session followed by morning break 

10:00-10:30am the game
